In Asia, widespread smoking, are relatively rare disease of cancer and heart disease. Scientists explain that the Asians drink a lot of tea, especially green. Professor Bauer Sumpio of the Yale School of Medicine (USA) published a survey on the benefits of green tea.
According to one theory, antioxidant, as contained in the green tea prevents oxidation of low-density, that plays an important role in the pathogenesis of arteriosclerosis. In addition, antioxidant decreases count regulates the level of lipids, and promotes proliferation and the displacement cells. All these factors hinder the development of cardiovascular diseases.
Other data antioxidant prevents growth of certain tumours, improvement of gastrointestinal and assimilate alcohol, the kidneys, liver and pancreas, protects the skin and eyes, helps with arthritis. The drink used for the treatment and prevention of allergies, diabetes, viral and bacterial infections, caries, the disease inflammatory component, improve mental and nervous systems.
To understand the mechanism of green tea, we need further research. There is ample evidence that drinking green tea reduces the risk of many chronic diseases. Nevertheless, no smoking is the best thing you can do to prevent heart disease and cancer, the author concludes the review.
