Excess vitamin contributes to the development of prostate cancer
|
Excessive consumption of vitamins due to the increased risk of aggressive forms of prostate cancer, as well as death the disease. These findings are American scientists the National Institute for Research on Cancer.

According to scientists, the frequency of metastasis of prostate cancer among men who took multivitaminnye drugs more than once a day had been above 27% and the number of deaths in the same group was above 68%. The risk of aggressive tendencies of cancer and death the disease was more than twice as high among participants with a family history of the disease.
Even higher risks were small group study combining excess consumption multivitaminnyh drugs hosting some additives with selenom and zinc. Because the study participants used a variety of drugs, scientists believe any premature assumptions about biochemical mechanisms underlying the patterns identified.
Nevertheless, the link between excess reception vitamin supplements and the risk of aggressive cancer is the most obvious and requires further study.
