Only starvation can be the body energy and vitality, strengthen the digestive system and heart. Forget fears! Starvation cleanse your body. Try short-term starvation, and see what the results would flow it. You should be every day at least to drink two litres of distilled water, and no other water is not a substitute for it.
At 10 am eat fresh fruit (orange, grapefruit, banana, pear, grapes), go get a cup of herbal tea and vegetable broth.
At 12 am eat salad of carrots, cabbage, beets and sliced green onion, celery, sweet pepper, parsley, spinach, lettuce, tomato. All of this is to be mixed with flavouring made of garlic. Drink a cup of hot distilled water, which can be added protein concentrates or vegetable broth.
In 3 pm eat fresh or dried fruits (dates, figs, tomatoes, grapes, banana, etc.).
In 6 pm eat the salad with the addition of onions, garlic, lean oil.
