Carrots save heart

Studies of scientists have shown that the use of the maximum daily dose of vitamin E by 40% reduces the possibility coronary heart disease.
The most effective prevention is to receive about 100 international units of vitamin E per day for more than two years.
Another group of American cardiologists found that regular use of spinach, carrots and other vegetables rich in vitamin A, can significantly reduce the risk of myocardial infarction.
They surveyed 87,000 people and found that those who had five times a week is carrots or spinach, incidence of heart attack is three times greater than those who drank little vegetables.
It was found that vitamin A prevents cholesterol deposits on the walls of blood vessels.
