A visit to dentist… via Internet
|
An advanced London dentist makes routine inspection of their patients via the Internet.
Jerry Watson examines teeth using a web camera and decides whether the patient visit in the blade himself, writes Sun newspaper.
Patients will still have to go to the clinic to make an X-ray. But while the 50 pounds hygienist removes them stone raid cleans teeth and oral cavity.
Dr. Watson, this summer expanding its dental clinic for another 20 points, said that the person is able to monitor patients at four clinics at the same time.
He believes that the new technology will ensure that all people can undergo dental check at home.
"There is no reason not to do so, if home video cameras will be of sufficient quality. And in the future, we need a video camera, incorporated in the electric tooth brushes. This will be a fantastic breakthrough" - said the doctor.
